Deskripsi Pekerjaan:<ul><li>Maintain &amp; analyze employee attendance to achieve on time and accurate payroll</li><li>Maintain employee records and HRIS</li><li>Manage employee benefit claim</li><li>Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll reports</li><li>Ensure compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations</li><li>Contribute to improve compensation benefit efficiency and accuracy</li></ul>Kualifikasi:<ul><li>Bachelor degree from any majors with minimum GPA 3.00</li><li>Minimum 2 year of proven experience in compensation and benefit roles</li><li>Strong understanding about payroll related laws and regulation, as well as actuarial</li><li>Proficiency in Office365 application</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience in managing HRIS will be prefered</li></ul>
