• Develop community programs and activities to increase engagement among community members with the brand, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.
• Create and communicate guidelines for community and partnership members to promote the product and interact within the community.
• Promote the community by creating content related to activities, aiming to increase the number of community members.
• Maintain good relationships and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor community engagement metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of community programs and activities.
• Conduct reviews of past activities, trend analysis, and benchmarking to ensure community activities are engaging and meet targets.
• Prepare regular reports on community performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure community members' activities in interacting or promoting the product align with applicable guidelines.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Management, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in community management.
• Strong knowledge in community development.
• Interest in the beauty industry.
• Skills in Microsoft Office, Community Management, Event Management, and Copywriting
