Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Execute day-to-day social media communication and campaigns for our online community.
- Create engaging content on social media to boost community engagement and awareness.
- Monitor the Facebook Group daily, including filtering incoming posts and comments, answering questions, and posting regular content.
- Engage with community partners on various social media platforms.
- Assist with regular engagement programs, including preparing tools, conceptualizing materials, and executing the program with the marketing team.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to handle complaints or questions from our partners.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms, particularly Facebook Groups and Tiktok, with the ability to execute effective communication and campaigns.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and branding initiatives, as well as internal engagement programs.
- Ability to analyze issues and trends from social media activities and provide actionable insights.
- Strong skills in handling customer and partner inquiries, with experience in complaint escalation and resolution.
