Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Responsible for managing and leading the collection team to achieve the company's performance goals;
2. Provide training, coaching and on-site inspection management to team members to ensure the normal order of work;
3. Responsible for planning and arranging the daily work of the team;
4. Improve employees’ work enthusiasm and work skills to ensure the healthy operation and overall improvement of the team;
5. Carry out internal and external communication and coordination to ensure smooth operation;
6. Build and strengthen the collection team, select and equip personnel, track the implementation of training plans, and improve the overall business level of team members;
7. Cross-department communication work and other tasks assigned by leaders.

Kualifikasi:

1. Must understand Chinese;
2. More than 3 years of local operation management or team management experience;
3. Education in statistics, management, and finance is preferred;
4. Experience in collection management is preferred, and government relations are a plus;
5. Have good language communication skills, strong ability to withstand pressure, and have excellent account collection skills and team performance improvement capabilities;
