Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Design brochures, PowerPoint slides, and other marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand values and benefits to our customers.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Communication Specialist and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create visually appealing layouts and graphics that enhance the presentation of information and engage the audience.
• Ensure consistency in design elements and brand messaging across all marketing materials.
• Utilize feedback from stakeholders to make necessary revisions and improvements to designs.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing materials.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on creating marketing materials.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong creative abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
