Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

CSPM Service Delivery:

• Implement and manage Cloud Security Posture Management solutions to identify security risks, compliance gaps, and vulnerabilities in customers' cloud environments.
• Perform regular security assessments and provide actionable recommendations for improving cloud security postures.
• Monitor customers' cloud environments for compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001 or any other regulatory requirements.

Cloud Engineering:

• Assist with the design, deployment, and management of cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud.
• Implement best practices for cloud infrastructure, focusing on security, scalability, and performance.

Security & Compliance:

• Ensure security measures such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption, firewall rules, and cloud monitoring are correctly implemented and managed.
• Support clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with international standards and security frameworks.
• Automate security controls and implement continuous compliance monitoring for cloud environments.

Customer Interaction & Support:

• Serve as the point of contact for CSPM managed services, working directly with customers to ensure their cloud environments remain secure.
• Provide proactive support, delivering security health checks, reports, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with customer teams to resolve cloud security issues and improve posture.
• Collaborate with CSPM principals to resolve technical issues, implement solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Training & Advisory:

• Educate customers on cloud security best practices, compliance requirements, and emerging risks.
• Keep customers informed on the latest cloud security trends, tools, and updates across AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud platforms.

Kualifikasi:

Languages:

• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Cloud Security, or CSPM roles.
• Hands-on experience with multiple cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud.
• Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks, compliance, and posture management solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in utilizing CSPM tools to assess, monitor, and improve the security posture of multi-cloud environments.
• Experience with cloud security technologies, including IAM, VPC security, encryption, and firewall configurations.
• Familiarity with DevOps and automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and cloud orchestration systems.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with customers.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple clients and cloud environments.
• Capable of delivering technical demonstrations and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and engagement.

Preferred Skills or Qualifications:

• Certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS Certified Security Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Consultant, Google Professional Cloud Security Consultant, Huawei Cloud Certified Security, or Alibaba Cloud Certified Security Specialist.
• Experience in conducting security audits or cloud security assessments.
• Knowledge of container security in Kubernetes and Docker environments.
• Familiarity with Indonesian cloud security regulations and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
