• Become a communication bridge between the company and external parties
• Supervise the activities of business competitors
• Building company brand identity and public awareness about the company
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management
• Manage the company's reputation by creating various programs
• Create, organize, and manage company events related to product launches or other events and even create budgets
• Update and monitor content or activities on the platforms used by the company. Whether social media, website, or email
• Developing communication strategies to improve company quality
• Evaluate and plan strategic relationships between the company and clients
• Present and maintain the company's image in the eyes of clients
• Share company-related information with external parties

Kualifikasi:

• Proven experience as a Public Relations or Client Relations Officer or a similar PR role
• Experience managing multiple clients in pitching, maintaining, and cross-selling
• Proficient in MS Office and social media
• Strong communication ability (oral and written)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
