Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Responsible for creating and improving the company brand and image in the market, increasing and achieving the target for the business
- Establish and maintain good relationships with business sources, third parties and other business partners, to gather information and updated business in order to strengthen business position in the market.
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key clients
- Resolving clients complains quickly and efficiently
- Keeping clients update on the latest products in order to maintain the client
- Responsible for managing team member and organization development such as performance management, retention and succession planning.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor Degree
- Min. 12 years working experience
- Leadership skill and Strategic Thinking
- Solid knowledge and strong competency of General insurance business, Claim Process, Policy Processing, customer services, IT and project management.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills required
- Proficient writing and delivery of presentations, documentations
