Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Liaise and coordinate with the TPA, internal parties, and other related parties to seek guidance on the course of claims analysis and investigation.
2. Monitoring the TPA and coordinating with related parties in terms of giving the information to the customer regarding the claim.
3. Conducting investigations on various suspicious insurance claims, which may also include claims that are suspected to have originated from fraud, criminal activities, falsified or false documents, arson, or unnecessary medical procedures.
4. Examine and review data and information (photographs, documents, medical records, statements, etc.), record all the data and information that supports claim investigation correctly and accurately, and Research audio or video surveillance and carefully watch them for clues.
5. Paying visits to the accident scene and investigating several circumstances.
6. If needed testifying in court cases when a claimant is guilty and accused of fraud.

Kualifikasi:

1. Bachelor S1 from Faculty of Pharmacy, Nurse, Medical, FKM or equivalent
2. Have 2-3 years experience as a Claim Analyst, Fraud or Claim Investigator
3. Preferably have Certified Life Insurance
4. Strong in detail and analysis
5. Able to work with deadlines and underpressures
