Deskripsi Pekerjaan:<ul><li>Discover and execute local sales opportunities while collaborating with the central business team to acquire more clients</li><li>Monitor competitive landscapes and suggest strategies to stay ahead</li><li>Build the local sales team and optimize the process to grow in each targeted area</li></ul>Kualifikasi:<ul><li>Proven experience in sales leadership and city/regional expansion, ideally in a tech startup or HR solutions environment.</li><li>Strong strategic thinking, team leadership, and communication skills.</li><li>Understanding of regional market dynamics; familiarity with HR tech (ATS, Job Portals, HRIS) is a plus.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in fast-paced environments.</li><li>High achiever is a MUST</li></ul>
