Job Description

• Act as liaison between front-line employees and the general manager
• Cooperating with the general manager, and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
• Delegating daily tasks.
• Assist the general manager to establish a good cooperative relationship with customers and suppliers, and be responsible for the reception arrangements for the company's important guests and the organization of important meetings.
• Complete other tasks arranged by the general manager.
• Setting a good example for staff

Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• Must be able to speak Chinese (Mandarin) and English
