Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
A Channel Strategist Manager (Online) will play a crucial role in the growth and enhancement of our online channels, such as e-grocery, food delivery platform, and e-commerce. In this position you will also be leading a dedicated team, driving strategies that align with our objectives. The responsibilities of this role will include:
Sales Growth and Profitability:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote sales growth and increase profitability on e-groceries, food delivery platforms, and marketplaces.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
End-to-End Operations Management & Continuous Improvement:
- Regular evaluation on current operations and identify areas for improvement, implement feedback loops, and performance metrics to measures.
- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency throughout the entire business cycle.
Initiate Strategic Growth Across Channels & Innovate Channel Expansion:
- Formulate comprehensive strategies for growth across various channels to expand market share and regularly assess the effectiveness of strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for channel expansion, explore ways to enter new markets, evaluate as well as implement partnerships that contribute to channel growth.
Market Trend Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay updated on market trends and consumer behavior.
- Develop strategies to respond quickly to changes in the market environment and adjust the strategy accordingly.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between different internal divisions, such as customer growth and operations, to enhance collaboration.
Grow & Develop a Small Team:
- Supervise, monitor progress and develop team members of each channel through a performance metrics tracker and cultivate a solid as well as positive working culture in a team and communication across channels.
Kualifikasi:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a relevant major is a requirement.
- At least 3 years of experience in either e-commerce, food platforms, or e-groceries channels is required.
- Strong data analysis skills are essential, including proficiency in standard tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong business acumen skills are necessary, demonstrating the ability to understand and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape.
- Strong managerial skills are essential for leading and coordinating teams effectively.
- Effective time management skills are crucial for handling multiple responsibilities and ensuring that tasks are completed within deadlines.
