Job Description:
- Responsible for overseeing and ensuring that kitchen operations are running smoothly in accordance with the standards, attendance and not limited to support operational activities (i.e cooking, final packing)
- Support Manager to develop and implement strategy to achieve fulfillment rates and timely outbound processes.
- Collaborating with the Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) team to ensure the availability and utilization of raw materials.
- Create production plan & daily target plan to achieve target of fulfillment rate & on time rate.
- Monitoring inbound and outbound processes in the Central Kitchen.
- Responsible for providing regular reports and liaising with the Internal Audit team to ensure compliance rate.
- Working with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to operate Central Kitchen in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring compliance during internal/external audits by checking off all the required items on the checklist.
- Maintains daily communication with Operations, PPIC, QA/QC teams to address facilities and production needs or concerns.
- Conducts daily inspections of all areas of the facility to insure compliance with established standards.
- Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.
Kualifikasi:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or related field
- Fully understanding of Kitchen operations, handling complaints, staff development, and customer relation.
- Deep knowledge in F&B management
- At least +2 years of experience as Kitchen Supervisor in the F&B industry.
- Having experience in Chinese or Indonesian restaurants is a must.
- Having experience leading a kitchen team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude, and a quick learner.
- The "never-give-up" mindset and hold a sense of urgency.

- Upholding high ethical standards and honesty in all aspects of management.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and guide kitchen staff.
