Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Managing and evaluating demand forecasting of your respective categories.
• Work together with our Supply Chain team to create supply & demand planning.
• Analysing demand and sales patterns based on the market trends.
• Setting up the pricing, promo and merchandising strategies per period, together with our Revenue & Merchandising team.
• Need to fundamentally understand our customers, which will require a lot of customer interviews, market research and deep thinking.

Kualifikasi:

• Have 1-2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates with exceptional talent are welcomed.
• Have been in a category development, marketing project or similar role.
• Strong passion for cooking and food, or keen interest in developing one.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to think conceptually.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Ability and interest in empathizing with customers.
