Deskripsi Pekerjaan:<ul><li>⁠Manage Category PnL</li><li>⁠Maintain relationships and communication with suppliers to understand their problems, available items and volume capacity</li><li>⁠Perform merchandising strategy to increase revenue (assortment, sales margin strategy, demand forecasting)</li><li>Strategic initiatives to improve reliability (product availability, acceptable quality, timeliness of suppliers)</li><li>⁠Determine optimum supply chain</li></ul>Kualifikasi:<ul><li>At least 4 - 6 year of experiance in category management as a merchandising or sourcing manager for a supermarket, hypermarket, online grocer, or distributor</li><li>Strong leadership skills and communication skills to be able to drive multiple functions within the organization.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to be able to analyze pricing and data to drive key strategic decisions</li><li>⁠Strategic, entrepreneurial, and self motivated</li><li>Growth mindset and capacity to grow and learn quickly</li></ul>
