Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and provide a positive and friendly experience.
• Take customer orders accurately, offer recommendations, and handle inquiries or complaints.

Transaction Handling:

• Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions efficiently using the cash register.
• Manage cash drawers, issue receipts, and handle refunds or exchanges as needed.

Coffee and Beverage Preparation:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.

Order Processing and Fulfillment:

• Input customer orders into the system and ensure accurate preparation and timely delivery.
• Ensure drinks and food items are presented attractively and meet quality standards.

Inventory and Supplies Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, reporting low stock levels.
• Keep the cashier area and coffee station stocked and organized.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area, coffee station, and customer service areas.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Compliance and Record Keeping:

• Adhere to company policies, including cash handling procedures and customer confidentiality.
• Track and report discrepancies in transactions or inventory as needed.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum high school diploma (SMU/SMK).
• Passionate about the Food and Beverages industry.
• At least 1 year of experience in Cashier and/or Barista roles.
• Able to work under pressure, hardworking, honest, and highly proactive.
• Willing to work shifts, on holidays, and rotating to other outlets.
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, and reliable.
• Willing to work in a non-halal restaurant.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
• Proficient in operating POS systems, preferably familiar with MOKA and POS.
• Able to work quickly and neatly, preparing and organizing cashier/bar necessities.
• English speaking preferred
