Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Build & educate talents performance, and their career preparation and development (CV, Portfolio, etc)
• Build and maintain strong relationships to all stakeholders (clients, student, alumni, lecturers, management, etc)
• Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and market trends
• Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between clients and candidates
• Facilitate negotiations for compensation packages and terms of employment
• Create Event & Activity Initiator for PCN in every branch
• Talent Database management administration 
• Can join ASAP
• Willing to utilize personal device
• Placement: Bandung
• Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, marketing, or related fields (Graduated from an overseas college will be a plus point)
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• At least 2 years of experience in partnership and marketing, preferably within the Digital talents Industries 
• Previous experience as a headhunter is a plus 
• Proven experience handling and strong relationship with clients for their hiring needs
• Strong understanding of various sourcing methods and recruitment processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must 
• Can do attitude, and Ability to adapt to every change and situation (agile culture)
• Strong organizational, management, and research skills and attention to detail
