Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in the e-grocery sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative concepts and execute campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal and external team to ensure media placement to maximize campaign reach and impact
- Measure and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Utilize data analytics to refine and improve campaign performance continuously.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adjust campaign strategies accordingly.
- Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Evaluate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to achieve cost-effective and high-quality campaign execution.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign results and insights for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi:
- 5+ years experience in campaign marketing preferably in offline channels within the e-commerce or e-grocery industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing offline marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the e-grocery industry and understanding of consumer behavior.
