Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Develop, plan, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals
• Establish marketing budgets and set targets to measure campaign success
• Conduct research to understand the needs and desires of the target audience
• Identify consumer challenges and explore opportunities to address them through marketing initiatives
• Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives

Kualifikasi:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant fields 
• Min 2 years of experience as a marketing planner in the FMCG sector 
• Proven track record of successful digital and offline campaigns 
• Able to think strategically & creatively 
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication ability 
• Must have their own PC and vehicle 
• Willing to WFO (in South Jakarta) and WFA
