• Develop task fulfillment plans and prioritize tasks based on business needs or urgency to ensure the timely completion of necessary documents and smooth operations.
• Maintain good relationships and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.
• Maintain and update project management data to provide relevant information for the team.
• Develop BAST (Berita Acara Serah Terima) documents according to standards and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
• Monitor the temperature and humidity of the sampling room and ensure product usage records (test products and retained samples) are maintained on time to ensure the quality of products and rooms.
• Maintain calibration documents and review them according to standards.
• Support ad-hoc documentation needs based on function or business requirements to ensure smooth operations.
