Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Collaborate closely with the CEO & Founder to refine and implement strategic ideas.
• Break down broad concepts and initiatives into detailed, actionable plans.
• Utilize measurement tools to track, analyze, and report on progress.
• Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitors, and operational efficiencies to inform strategy.
• Develop and monitor OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Work on non-business-related aspects of company growth,
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with operational capabilities.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Industrial Engineering or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a strategic role, preferably within startup, logistics, supply chain, or cargo industries.
• Ability to develop and utilize measurement tools for tracking business performance.
• Proven experience in designing and managing OKRs and KPIs.
• Strong research skills with a capacity to distill data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with team dynamics, leadership development, and performance management.
• Ability to translate high-level goals into detailed, achievable plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Highly adaptable and capable of managing multiple projects, data, and reporting simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
