Deskripsi

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  1. Identify and streamline key business processes, focusing on areas such as manufacturing, lean production, product development, supply chain, purchasing, and service-oriented operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  2. Utilize comprehensive data analysis to provide actionable insights, guiding strategic planning and operational improvements for our clients.
  3. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across various operational areas, presenting findings and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  4. Develop and implement industry best practices and operational policies, ensuring optimal resource utilization and the successful execution of client projects.

Kualifikasi:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field. A master's degree (MBA) or other relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) may be preferred.
  2. Proven experience in business operations, management consulting, or a related field.
  3. Experience in analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.
  4. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  5. Ability to analyze complex data, understand trends, and develop actionable insights.
  6. Strong problem-solving capabilities to address business challenges and optimize operations.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  8. Understanding of industry-specific operations and best practices.
  9. Familiarity with business software and tools for data analysis, project management, and process modeling (e.g., ERP systems, CRM software, statistical software).
  10. Capability to align operational improvements with business strategy and goals.
  11. Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality agreements due to exposure to sensitive business information.
  12. Flexibility to adapt to different client environments and industries.
  13. Ability to manage client expectations, deliver presentations, and provide regular updates on project progress.
  14. Commitment to staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies relevant to business operations.
