Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Responsibilities : 

Team management:

• Assist in formulating and implementing the call center's operation strategies, systems and processes, such as optimizing the reward and punishment system to timely motivate outstanding employees and eliminate unqualified employees. Ensure that the team operates efficiently under the system, and organize some humanistic care activities to enhance team cohesion
• Coordinate with the HR department to coordinate recruitment, optimize the existing training system, and improve the overall team capabilities and performance output

Data analysis and reporting:

• Perform performance evaluation of the team regularly, track performance data, identify problems and provide optimized solution reports to the leadership

Business cooperation:

• Responsible for the cost settlement and payment of outsourcers, as well as the introduction of new outsourcers, business negotiations, and contract follow-up

Kualifikasi:

Requirements : 

• Bachelor degree or above, no major limit, finance, management, marketing and other related majors are preferred
• Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language, and those with experience in the Internet financial industry are preferred
• Proficient in using office software, with SOP design, formulation and data analysis capabilities
• Ability to solve problems and cope with pressure, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
