• Self-starting and able to adapt work priorities in response to complex or changing environment
• Lead business process re-engineering projects and aim to removes waste, streamline and improve the workflows within the company
• Drive optimization by identifying areas of improvement opportunity, defining and planning projects to improve performance
• Accountable for creating a culture of continuous improvement across the company by establishing systems and processes that empower all the employees
• Identifies and make incremental changes that improve efficiencies throughout the business units.
• Good communication & inter personal skills to interact with various functions in order to coordinate for budgeting and accounting
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Planning and forecasting skills.

Kualifikasi:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Teknik Industri) & Management Information System,
• 3 year-experience in process improvement / Business Analisys
• Preferably specializing in Logistics
• Data-driven problem solving and analytical skills
• Creativity and Innovation
• Highly motivated and energy, able to grow quickly and able to work under pressure
• Interpersonal and communication skills
