Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Conduct local competitive research, well understanding Indonesian market and competitors market strategies, provide effective information for companies to help company expand the market rapidly
• Acquire and incubate the newly join merchant, make sure their GMV already meet the expected GMV
• Retain existing merchant accounts (brands) via networking
• Perform the strategic, tactical and support functions in strengthening relationships within the merchant segment
• Lead team and aware of personal and team's target

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's Degree or above
• At least 3 years of work experience as Business Development in e-commerce/enabler company, handling and acquiring Electronic and Home Living or Automotive sellers/brands (preferably current/last position as Team Lead or equivalent)
• Have leading and handling team experience
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia, English skill will be plus
