Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new leads for selling our supply chain business solutions.
  • Acquire existing Omnichannel users to expand our customer base.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets in terms of volume, sales revenue, and contribution margin.
  • Ensure that potential customers know the product better and succeed create potential customer.
  • Discover potential leads through various channels, both online and offline.
  • Provide sales forecasts and innovative strategies for each quarter.
  • Coordinate the entire sales process, including leading demos and meetings (leads generation, re-targeting, reapproach, giving quotations, and closing customers).
  • Submit detailed monthly sales reports.
  • Engage with customers at all levels, including management and online/offline sellers, to foster strong relationships.
  • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.

Kualifikasi:

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Communication, Management, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, with at least 4 years in Supply Chain, Export & Import, E-commerce business is preferable.
  • Strong ability to identify and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills support by analytical, problem solving, and management. 
  • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using various channels for lead generation.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Experience in coordinating complex sales processes.
  • Ability to prepare and submit detailed sales reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers at all levels, including senior management, business players, and online sellers.
  • Hardworking with a sense of ownership and a good team player.
