Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. In responsible for overseeing the expansion of the company's risk control team in Indonesia, identifying and developing new channels.
2. Develop strategic cooperation plans tailored to channel attributes, facilitating business negotiations, contract signings, and online collaborations.
3. Ensure the successful achievement of channel expansion project objectives and performance indicators.
4. Manage daily coordination and relationship maintenance with partners, promptly addressing channel issues and requirements, and implementing effective cost control measures for channels.

Kualifikasi:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 1 year of business development experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Indonesian market, risk business development, or the mutual fund sector.
2. High achieving Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Comprehensive understanding of international markets, including promotion and monetization strategies. Candidates with extensive resources in the overseas financial technology industry are highly preferred.
4. Demonstrated proficiency in business development and negotiation skills.
5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong willingness to embrace challenges.
6. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must
