Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Brand Development: Work on brand positioning and development to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
- Digital Marketing : Assist the Marketing team with daily activities and execution of the campaign (Social media, Content, Design, Editor, KOL, Partnership, Etc)
- Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets and objectives to drive revenue growth.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into customers.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Operations Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure goals are met.
Kualifikasi:
- Industry Experience Min 2 Years: Significant experience in the F&B industry, particularly in a retail or online context.
- Business Development Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing roles.
- E-commerce Experience: Experience in managing or growing an online retail business, preferably in the F&B sector.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Results-Oriented: Focus on achieving goals and delivering measurable results.
