Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (HoReCa - F&B Service Channel). As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Cafe, Caterings, factories) Channel for our tea and coffee beverages, (F&B Service - Gardoe Express Tea House - Kepala Djenggot Bistro) .
• Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This role is located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Factory : Jaten KM.9, Dusun V, Jaten, Kec. Jaten, Kabupaten Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah 57731

Marketing Office : Jl. Flamboyan Raya No.18 Blok Z, Sunter Jaya, Kec. Tj. Priok, Jkt Utara, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta

• Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the HoReCa, F&B Service, or FMCG industry
• Strong networking and relationship building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Indonesian
