Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and developing strategies to increase profitability.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (Sales leads and pipeline) for the team.
- Achieve and monitor monthly sales KPIs by developing the Business Development team to acquire and retain the customer.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by managing the end-to-end customer journey of each of our partners from sourcing to the last mile.
- Work together with the Head of the Business unit to identify the sales, operation, and payment improvement with the help of technology.
- Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and logistics teams to ensure efficient distribution and availability of products.
- Work closely between the Sales and Finance teams to ensure the payment proceeds in a timely manner.
- Be data-driven to accountable to create a dashboard for accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales effectiveness, productivity, and performance.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
Kualifikasi:
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, handling team, sales, or account management within the HORECA industry, with a strong network of contacts.
- Experience in handling fresh food products will be a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling a small team (more than 5 team members).
- Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain, and distribution processes.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- The data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales data.
