Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Key Responsibilities:
a. Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Develop strategies to approach new clients and markets.
b. Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as clients' primary point of contact, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
c. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Prepared and delivered presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
d. Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's market presence.
e. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and sales teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the senior management team.
f. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including client interactions and sales data.
Kualifikasi:
Requirements:
a. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
b. Experience:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
c. Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
d. Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Domiciled in Bali or willing to move to Bali.
- Proficient in English (Written & Verbal)
