Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Key Responsibilities:

a. Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Develop strategies to approach new clients and markets.

b. Client Relationship Management:

  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as clients' primary point of contact, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.

c. Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Prepared and delivered presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

d. Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's market presence.

e. Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and sales teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to the senior management team.

f. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including client interactions and sales data.

Kualifikasi:

Requirements:

a. Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

b. Experience:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.

c. Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

d. Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Domiciled in Bali or willing to move to Bali.
  • Proficient in English (Written & Verbal)
