Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Lead and Manage Sales Inquiry Team:
- Provide mentorship, training, and performance guidance to the two existing staff members handling incoming sales inquiries.
- Optimize the workflow and ensure that inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and other channels are handled efficiently and with a high level of customer service.
- Set measurable KPIs for individual and team performance, including response times, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Strategic Sales Growth:
- Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy to reach out to companies, institutions, and corporate clients for bulk orders.
- Identify potential new market segments or untapped industries where your lifestyle and home-living products can be introduced.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline for corporate/wholesale orders and monitor the progress from lead generation to closing.
Proactive Sales Outreach:
- Create a system for regularly contacting potential corporate clients and institutions.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers in businesses and institutions to encourage long-term partnerships.
- Create presentations, proposals, and brand decks tailored to bulk buyers, focusing on value propositions that meet the needs of each target industry or business.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring that product promotions, new launches, and campaigns are effectively communicated to potential buyers.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and operations team to ensure timely delivery and manage inventory levels to meet corporate order demands.
- Liaise with the finance department to structure pricing and discounts for bulk orders, ensuring profitability while remaining competitive.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Create and optimize a CRM system to track all inquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversion rates.
- Ensure the team is following up diligently with every inquiry and is maintaining long-term relationships with repeat buyers, particularly corporate and wholesale clients.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, monitor customer behavior, and make strategic adjustments to maximize sales opportunities.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Regularly review sales data, inquiry volumes, conversion rates, and revenue contributions from direct and bulk sales to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on team performance, sales forecasts, and revenue generation, and present findings to leadership to inform decision-making.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt the sales strategy as needed.
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
- Develop strategies for upselling or cross-selling additional products to existing corporate clients, increasing the average order value.
- Train staff to recognize opportunities for upselling or expanding orders when handling inquiries.
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in business development, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or B2B sales.
- Proven experience managing small teams and mentoring staff, with a focus on sales performance and customer service.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, and proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and proposals convincingly.
- Experience with CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and manage customer relationships.
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset to address sales challenges and improve the overall inquiry process.
- Familiarity with the home and lifestyle product market would be an advantage, although not a strict requirement.
- Comfortable with proactive outreach methods such as cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn networking, and attending business events.
