Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Assist in developing marketing strategy and map out the tasks needed to implement that strategy
• Actively collaborate across different channels on campaign, end to end planning, execution, monitoring and report
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of company’s products, market developments, customer behaviour as well as competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and implement effective marketing campaigns
• Monitor strategy outcome and its effectiveness against the team’s KPIs Requirements

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline
• Ability to speak English and Mandarin and/or other foreign languages is an advantage
• Preferably has experience in Banking/Financial Services/Capital Market industry that handles business development or related roles
• Attractive personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player, who is committed and self-driven, with the ability to respond positively to clients request for assistance
• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans
• Public speaking abilities to engage diverse audiences
