Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
The Business Development role will be the spearhead of our Sales team. They will hold the following responsibilities:
- Make sales pitch/presentation of the company's product to prospective clients
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Win deals to achieve target revenue
- Gather product feedback from prospective and ongoing clients
- Source leads & map out the key decision makers in companies
- Assist in proposal and sales strategy development
Kualifikasi:
- 1–3 year of experience in B2B outbound/hunter sales or business development is required
- Experienced in delivering sales pitch/presentation to new clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or partnership targets
- Experience in a SaaS or HR industry is a huge plus.
- Capable of delivering clear, effective, and persuasive presentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong critical/analytical skills
- Result-oriented mindset
