Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

The Business Development role will be the spearhead of our Sales team. They will hold the following responsibilities:

  • Make sales pitch/presentation of the company's product to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Win deals to achieve target revenue
  • Gather product feedback from prospective and ongoing clients
  • Source leads & map out the key decision makers in companies
  • Assist in proposal and sales strategy development

Kualifikasi:

  • 1–3 year of experience in B2B outbound/hunter sales or business development is required
  • Experienced in delivering sales pitch/presentation to new clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or partnership targets
  • Experience in a SaaS or HR industry is a huge plus.
  • Capable of delivering clear, effective, and persuasive presentation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong critical/analytical skills
  • Result-oriented mindset
