• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Develop and execute strategic plans 
• Generate leads through various channels and conduct market research to identify potential partners.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration and implementation of partnership initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to provide strategic insights.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in partnership or business development, preferably within fintech, P2P lending, paylater, or e-wallet sectors.
• Proven ability to generate leads and deliver effective presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good relationships with partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
