Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
KOL Sales:
- Prospect potential clients to sell KOL services to brands and companies.
- Develop effective sales strategies to promote and sell KOL services.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients, identify their needs and goals.
- Present the benefits and added value of using KOL services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts and business terms with clients.
Business Development:
- Identify new opportunities to grow the business and expand the market.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends related to marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry developments and identify new trends that can be leveraged as business opportunities.
- Build and maintain good business relationships with brands
- Increase brand visibility and create trust through the utilization.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the KOL industry or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Result-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
