Develop and Nurture International Partnerships:

• Build and maintain relationships with existing international partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual benefits.
• Identify and approach potential new partners that align with our strategic goals.
• Negotiate terms and agreements to establish new partnerships.

Project Management:

• Oversee and manage projects resulting from international partnerships, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to achieve project milestones and objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of partnership projects, providing feedback and insights for future improvements.

Market Research and Strategy:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in international markets.
• Develop strategies to approach new markets and enhance the organization’s global presence.

Communication and Representation:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all international partnership inquiries.
• Represent the organization at international conferences, meetings, and events to promote our brand and build networks.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of all partnership activities, agreements, and communications.
• Prepare regular reports on the status and outcomes of partnerships for senior management review.

Kualifikasi:

• Woman
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Overseas graduate is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experienced in international relations, business development, or related field
• Experienced in Business Development, sales, client management
• Experienced in headhunter, outsourcing
• Experienced with student information systems is a plus
• Available to join IMMEDIATELY
• Willing to utilize personal device
• On site working arrangement at Purwadhika BSD (Mon-Fri, 9AM-6PM)
