About the role:

The Business Development Associate at PT. MOP INDONESIA CORP is responsible for identifying and generating leads, developing and implementing business development strategies, building client relationships, and conducting market research. The role includes providing administrative support under the supervision of the Key Account Executive, focusing on expanding the company's presence in the beauty industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate and Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies are completed promptly. 
• Manage the project timeline, collect information, and ensure timely updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Support the Business Development Lead’s in negotiating partnership terms, finalizing contracts, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Provide administrative support to the Business Development department (assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required).

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
