Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Understand the needs of the company and its competitors to identify potential areas for business growth.
  • Generate sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and successful deal closure.
  • Identify and target high-potential prospects and key accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partners.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure deals and partnerships.
  • Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities with a strategic mindset.

Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
