Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Understand the needs of the company and its competitors to identify potential areas for business growth.
- Generate sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and successful deal closure.
- Identify and target high-potential prospects and key accounts.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partners.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure deals and partnerships.
- Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities with a strategic mindset.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
