Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to guide the development of technical solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment throughout the development process.
• Participate in solution assessment and validation to ensure that deliverables meet the defined business requirements and quality standards.
• Assist in project management activities, including project planning, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the implementation of technology solutions by providing support, training, and documentation as needed.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques.
• Solid knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify key insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in project management practices and tools is desirable.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards may be required, depending on the nature of the business.
