Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new or existing IT systems, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs.
• Conduct thorough analysis of system functionalities, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Design and develop comprehensive system solutions, including technical specifications, architecture, and user interface designs, aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement system changes, enhancements, or new functionalities, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, test plans, and user manuals, to support system development and maintenance activities.
• Monitor and maintain the performance, security, and integrity of IT systems, performing regular system updates, patches, and backups as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, testers, and project managers, and communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly and concisely.

Kualifikasi:

• Must be experienced in Software Development, at least 3 cycles (or more than 4 years) of Software Development to support analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Must be experienced in FSD (Functional Specification Design) and TSD (Technical Specification Design) document.
• Must be experienced in various diagram design, e.g.: UML (Unified Model Language), ArchiMate, BPM (Business Process Model), etc.
• Must be experienced in data flow design & database design (ERD) to provide dynamic and scalable system.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Experienced in system integration and API design related.
• Having knowledge in K8s.
• Having knowledge in Apigee (preferably).
• Having knowledge in Google Cloud Platform.
• Having knowledge in API description, mocking and testing related, e.g.: Swagger, Apiary, etc.
• Having knowledge in Open API Specification (preferably).
• Having knowledge in Middleware, e.g.: EAI, ESB, OSB (preferably).
• Practical experienced in Scrum or other agile methodology (preferably).
• Having knowledge in MSSQL DB, PostGre DB.
• Having previous working industry in FSI (Financial Services Institution), e.g.: Bank, Insurance, Consumer Financing, etc.
