Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Define strategic communication insights and translate it into targeted marketing activities to grow brand share
• Take full responsibilities and lead marketing implementation in collaboration with online, retail, education, logistics, trade, and sales to drive integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences and sales.
• Analyze consumer and market insights and share the insights to Regional team to help with regional strategy and product innovation
• Portfolio management: Product positioning, product mix, pricing strategy for baseline portfolio and NPDs
• Management of marketing budgets within agreed target and maximize efficiency

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent in marketing/business administration or related field
• Having at least 4-5 years of work experience as a brand management (experience in handling FMCG beauty brand will be preferable)
• Strong business acumen and result oriented
• Highly passionate and deep knowledge in beauty
• Fast, Agile, Creativity & Initiative Driving is a must
• Ms. Office and english proficiency
• Excellent analytical skill and critical thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
