Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Brand Strategy Development
- Define and implement brand strategies that resonate with makeup artists and the wider beauty consumer market.
- Ensure the brand is positioned strongly across all platforms and market segments, aligning with business goals.
Oversee Commercial Divisions
- Lead and manage the creative production, customer relations & partnership, and digital marketing & sales divisions.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that enhance brand visibility and commercial success.
Brand Communication and Messaging
- Create and maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms, including social media, marketing campaigns, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the social media officer and copywriter to ensure all content aligns with brand voice and objectives.
Marketing Campaign Management
- Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Ensure campaigns effectively target niche markets like makeup artists while also engaging end consumers.
Creative Production Supervision
- Lead the creative production team to ensure that all visual and creative outputs (videos, photos, graphics) align with brand identity.
- Maintain high standards in content production to build a strong, recognizable brand presence.
Digital Marketing and Social Media Integration
- Collaborate with the digital marketing and sales team to create cohesive online marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and drive sales.
- Oversee the social media officer and copywriter to ensure social media content supports broader brand objectives.
Partnership and Collaboration Development
- Work closely with the customer relations & partnership division to establish strategic partnerships that amplify the brand’s reach.
- Leverage partnerships to increase brand credibility, especially within the makeup artist community.
Market and Trend Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market behavior to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust brand strategy and marketing efforts.
Budget Management and ROI Tracking
- Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including brand awareness, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Experience working with niche markets like makeup artists and familiarity with end consumer engagement.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including creative production, digital marketing, and customer relations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Extensive knowledge of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media strategies, with an ability to integrate these efforts into brand campaigns.
- Strong creative acumen to lead visual and content creation that aligns with the brand identity.
- Analytical mindset to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Experience in managing partnerships, media relationships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Strong understanding of the beauty industry, specifically the MUA community, and an ability to create brand strategies that cater to this niche.
- Willing to do WFO (Bandung)
