Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Brand Manager to lead Astro's brand awareness campaigns. The Brand Manager will be responsible for enhancing Astro's brand presence and perception, actively pushing the brand into the spotlight, and ensuring that Astro is viewed as a trusted and preferred e-grocery platform in Jakarta. This role involves working closely with survey platforms and PR agencies to analyze brand health and develop impactful narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Awareness Narratives: Develop and execute innovative brand awareness narratives to uplift users' perception of Astro, ensuring the brand is actively promoted and not just maintained.
- Brand Health Analysis: Collaborate with survey platforms like Populix to analyze brand health tracker survey results, translating data into actionable insights and strategies.
- PR and Media Relations: Work closely with our retainer PR agency to develop and nurture relationships with media partners, crafting narratives that elevate Astro's relevance and impact on Indonesian users.
- Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic plans to grow Astro's brand presence, aligning with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences, using insights to inform brand strategies.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, preferably in a dynamic working environment.
- Strong understanding of brand building and perception strategies.
- Experience in developing and executing brand awareness campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with PR agencies and media partners.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
- Proficiency in market research and consumer behavior analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bilingual proficiency is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in the e-grocery or related industry is a plus but not required.
