About The Role

As a brand admin, you will help the Brand Team in handling administrative processes in running activities. This role will be responsible in helping KOL & events activities, and securing the process to be in compliance to company policies.

Job Description

  • Coordinating with internal & external parties to ensure the activities are in compliance of company policies and in a smooth process. The activities are:
  • KOL & PR Package
  • Offline Events
  • Supporting Brand Team members with administrative support.
  • Manage and record all incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy).
  • Review the accuracy of all supporting documents before they are forwarded to the concerned team.
  • Control the end-to-end process of agreement & invoice related activities.
  • Monitor and archive documents related to invoices.
  • Perform skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work.

Kualifikasi:

  • At least one year of work experience is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with a can-do attitude
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel functions
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Able to meet multiple deadlines
  • Have skills in solving problems
