Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Implement strategies for the team and achieve company targets
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations
• Promote the bank’s products and services to achieve sales targets
• Achieve sales targets by attracting new customers and retaining existing ones
• Monitor and manage the branch’s financial performance, including loan and deposit growth
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum S1 of any discipline, preferably from a reputable university
• Having a business background with a minimal 9 years’ banking industry
• Preferably having a strong customer base (lending)
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent Interpersonal, relationship, and communications skills
• Proficiency in financial management and analysis
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in English
