We are PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia, distributor of Brand K18 and Footlogix in Indonesia!

We are currently looking for an experienced Regulatory Affairs Supervisor to work with us. If you passionate about navigating the regulatory landscape of cosmetic products, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of BPOM permits for cosmetic products from importation to registration with BPOM.
• Act as the key liaison for communications between BPOM and Brand Principals.
• Research, understand, and implement the latest Indonesian regulations pertaining to cosmetic products, focusing on BPOM procedures and imports.
• Coordinate cosmetic import processes, including document management and supporting requirements.
• Maintain licenses to ensure compliance and prevent expiration (cycle every 3 years)
• Ensure adherence to all quality, safety, and regulatory standards

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Apothecary.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience handling BPOM permits and cosmetic imports.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and procedures, particularly BPOM permits and cosmetics importation.
• Must have strong skills in project management, communication, and persuasion
• Familiarity with regulatory agencies and submission processes
