Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Create product marketing plans and promotion campaign to generate Baby & Kids category product awareness and demand.
• Build promotional concepts to support offline and online sales activities.
• Maintain relationships with external partners to ensure Baby & Kids category product development and promotional activities run well according to the concept, timeline, and budget.
• Implement monitoring, evaluation and report on every marketing activity that has been aimed at increasing sales and brand awareness. 
• Identify competitive landscape and articulate market opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with new trends to build up innovative products and merchandise.
• Actively participate in the new product development process.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.
• Min 2-3 years of work experience in footwear/fashion (Baby & Kids Category).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid data analytical and problem solving skills and marketing analytics.
