Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Establishing and sustaining strong relationships with existing clients to boost sales growth.
  • Executing sales plan made by the leader and achieving the sales target.
  • Engaging in customer relationship activities through daily personal communication with potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.
  • Providing input and ideas to the team for product development and promotional strategies to drive sales growth and enhance the company's market position.

Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma (S1/D3) from all majors
  • Previous 1-2 year experience in sales, preferably B2C, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge and experience in scholarship hunting will be a plus
  • Having strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of B2C sales processes, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing techniques.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge
  • Able to do a good presentation
  • Passionate in negotiation with others
  • Well-maintaining relation management with customers and other stakeholders
