Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Establishing and sustaining strong relationships with existing clients to boost sales growth.
- Executing sales plan made by the leader and achieving the sales target.
- Engaging in customer relationship activities through daily personal communication with potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.
- Providing input and ideas to the team for product development and promotional strategies to drive sales growth and enhance the company's market position.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma (S1/D3) from all majors
- Previous 1-2 year experience in sales, preferably B2C, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge and experience in scholarship hunting will be a plus
- Having strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of B2C sales processes, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing techniques.
- Demonstrate product knowledge
- Able to do a good presentation
- Passionate in negotiation with others
- Well-maintaining relation management with customers and other stakeholders
