Key Responsibilities:
B2B Sales Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients to drive sales growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
Partnership Management:
- Identify and establish partnerships with businesses, organizations, and municipalities that align with our services.
- Develop mutually beneficial partnership proposals and negotiate agreements.
- Foster ongoing relationships with partners to ensure successful collaboration and satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to align partnership strategies with company goals.
Networking and Relationship Building:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and promote company offerings.
- Maintain an extensive network of contacts within the industry to identify new opportunities for collaboration and business development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent service.
Strategic Planning and Reporting:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for growth and partnership development.
- Monitor progress against sales goals and partnership KPIs, and report results to management.
- Provide insight into market dynamics and recommend adjustments to sales and partnership strategies as needed.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the transportation, logistics, or energy sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing successful business partnerships.
- Strong networking skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse market data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Passion for sustainability and interest in the electric vehicle industry is a plus.
